SB 1154 -Copies of Medical Bills passes Virginia Senate

This measure, introduced by Senator Ryan McDougle at VTLA’s request, originally sought to provide that a patient, patient’s attorney, or insurance provider may obtain a list of charges or an account balance pertaining to that patient at no cost.
